You can tell that these people care. Although I never had work done, my experience with Yuri was pleasant and helpful. Customer service MATTERS, and I appreciate the care and great (free) advice I recieved. When I do get my bathroom done, bathrooms will be my top pick!

Yuri and his wonderful team finished renovating 2 of my upstairs bathrooms. Oleg is so talented and an artist - we enjoyed seeing him everyday and appreciated his hard work. I am not impressed with this company at all. They do not send anyone out to provide a quote. They ask for photos and apparently provide a quote just by looking at them? I am completely uncomfortable with doing this and dealing with a renovation company in this way. I feel that all renovation jobs need more care and the ability to have someone present to fully explain the job requirements. You cannot see everything in photos (i.e. insulation issues).
I am definitely looking for someone who will be hands-on and so should you! When I called to express my concerns with this method of providing a quote, they just argued with me; so beware. I will take a hard pass on this company and go with someone else.

We had the pleasure of working with Yuri and his team of professionals on our estate home! They remodelled the original bathroom by removing closets and created a beautiful shelving unit with main floor laundry! They also remodelled the kitchen and we are very pleased with the workmanship! Oleg is an excellent contractor and we trusted him to lock up our home every day. I highly recommend I Bathrooms because they take the stress out of renovations! We have done many renovations but didn’t enjoy the hourly rates and having to shop at the stores which can be overwhelming! Yuri will bring the samples right to your home which took all the stress away! Thank you!
