This could have been a better experience. the biggest issue with this project for us was the lack of quality control given that all work seemed to be subcontracted out. The many errors made along the way were corrected though they took extra time, caused us grief and in some cases meant we had to compromise. Simple things like putting supports for a fold-down seat in the right place were completely wrong. Damage to my bedroom hardwood floors was repaired, though I was expected to provide all the materials.Sadly, the choices for everything presented to us were limited to this or that and we often had to follow up with Yuri just to get them in the first place.Custom shower glass by Mirror Works was mis-measured, towel bar holes were drilled in the wrong place and the door did not meet our width specifications and could not be installed despite the added wait to finishing the project. Furthermore, towel bars that were to be included, cost extra because we were not advised, nor given a choice on the hardware. We chose square styles for shower heads, vanity hardware, faucets and we believed this would be respected throughout the bathroom as Yuri indicated. However, once the shower glass was corrected we received round towel bars and handles for the shower glass. Asking for them to be replaced, I was billed another $300 to get square ones. In the end not a single towel bar was included in a $32K bathroom reno!!Based on our experience and the multitude of issues along the way, we cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

We've had a great experience with iBathroom company recently.My mother is 86 and lives with us, and we needed to install a shower on the first floor pretty urgently, which seemed an impossible mission to accomplish considering the space and the time constraint we had, and it also needed to be easily accessible to an elderly person.Yuri, the manager, came over very fast and after careful consideration suggested to us a design that we would never think of as a possible one.We agreed on a starting day and a timeline, it didn't work out perfectly at first, but that was the fastest and shortest we could get.However, Victor from Yuri's team, was able to start working on the project a week earlier than planned, and the whole team (including plumbers and an electrician) was able to finish the project a week faster than planned.The whole team was aware of our situation and made a huge effort to make the impossible possible.They finished just in time that we originally needed the shower to be ready, and the quality of their work was just perfect!!!The shower looks impeccable, modern and practical.We are happy and grateful to Yuri and the whole team.Would recommend this company to everyone who's considering reconstruction of their existing bathroom or building a new one!
