iBathrooms Now Offers Flexible Financing for Your Bathroom Renovation

I’m really happy to announce that we can now offer financing for your bathroom renovation. Sometimes the timing isn’t perfect — maybe you’re getting the house ready to sell and need to move quickly, or your budget is close but not quite there. For those situations, we’re now able to help through a Canadian company called Financeit — a lender that lets you apply online, get a fast decision, and spread your renovation costs into flexible monthly payments.

You can apply for up to $100,000. Pre-qualifying takes seconds and won’t affect your credit score. There’s no obligation just for checking your options.

Is Financing Right for You?

Honestly, it depends. If you have access to a home equity line of credit, or if you simply have funds available, that is always the better route — the interest rates are lower and you have a lot more flexibility. The best thing is always to avoid paying interest altogether, and any financing will carry some. FinanceIT rates generally run over 10%, so as a long-term financial strategy, it’s not something I would recommend.

Where it genuinely makes sense: you need the work done now, you don’t have a line of credit available, and you know you’ll be able to pay it off fairly quickly. Another scenario — Financeit occasionally offers promotional rates, like 0% APR for the first three months. When those come up, they can be worth taking advantage of. That said, sometimes there’s a cost involved in those programs, and I want to be upfront about that.

This isn’t a strategy for everyone. It’s simply a tool — one more option for those who need to get their bathroom done and need a little help getting there.

Subject to credit approval. Terms and conditions apply. Promotional rates are offered periodically and may involve a fee passed through to the client — I’ll always be transparent about that when applicable.
