The many errors made along the way were corrected though they took extra time, caused us grief and in some cases meant we had to compromise. Simple things like putting supports for a fold-down seat in the right place were completely wrong. Damage to my bedroom hardwood floors was repaired, though I was expected to provide all the materials.
Sadly, the choices for everything presented to us were limited to this or that and we often had to follow up with Yuri just to get them in the first place.
Custom shower glass by Mirror Works was mis-measured, towel bar holes were drilled in the wrong place and the door did not meet our width specifications and could not be installed despite the added wait to finishing the project. Furthermore, towel bars that were to be included, cost extra because we were not advised, nor given a choice on the hardware. Yuri, the manager, came over very fast and after careful consideration suggested to us a design that we would never think of as a possible one.
We agreed on a starting day and a timeline, it didn't work out perfectly at first, but that was the fastest and shortest we could get.
However, Victor from Yuri's team, was able to start working on the project a week earlier than planned, and the whole team (including plumbers and an electrician) was able to finish the project a week faster than planned.
The whole team was aware of our situation and made a huge effort to make the impossible possible.

We just wrapped up a full bathroom renovation of our very dated ensuite, and we're so pleased with it! The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent, and the shower and floor tile turned out really nicely. The contractors were very respectful of our home and our schedule.
