Yeah, nobody is perfect! And with that, and in the spirit of human imperfection we have forgotten to take before photos of this bathroom renovation in Orleans, Ottawa.
But let us quickly tell you what it was and what we did to it.
So in a nutshell this was a typical 1990s Minto bathroom with an alcove tub (a tub with walls on 3 sides). Big but not practical vanity, vinyl flooring, and very little lights. It wasn’t horrible or anything, it was just old, outdated, and was not serving our client’s needs at all.
For us it’s a typical 3-piece bathroom project, as a matter of fact, this is exactly what we outline in our pricing page under 3-piece bathroom cost. So take a look at.
The project was a replacement of all fixtures like-for-like with one small caveat of turning a tub into a shower, or as we call it tub-to-shower conversion.
The project took about 3 weeks to complete.
The total cost of the project was $19,999 plus tax including ALL of the materials
