Yes, we will at some point in the process, however in order to serve our existing clients and give them time and attention we have to prioritize them over general inquiries. With that, we want to provide service to every person inquiring about a bathroom renovation. Therefore before we can commit 3 hours to visit a client’s home and have a detailed meeting, we ask for photos, and bath reno details, we provide an online quote and once that quote is accepted we proceed to set up an in-house meeting.

How Long Does It Take To Get a Quote for a Bathroom Renovation?

Typically if you have provided us with all information with photos and we have had a phone conversation, your online quote for bathroom renovation will be ready and sent to you within 48 hours. In many cases, we will send your online quote to you on the same day as we had our initial phone call after we received your inquiry.

How Soon Are You Available to Start My Bathroom?

A typical 3-piece bathroom renovation can typically start in about a month and a half from the point the client accepts the quote and makes a final selection of finished materials.

I Would Like to Meet a Contractor Who Will Be Doing My Bathroom Renovation

The feeling is mutual, we absolutely want to meet every client in person before we commit to working in their home. This meeting serves the purpose of verifying measurements and selecting finished materials as well as making sure that both clients and contractors like each other and would be a good match to work together. If after our initial meeting, anyone is not happy with it, we terminate the quote with no questions asked, and the client is not bound to continue bathroom renovation with the contractor.

Absolutely yes, we have created our Mobile Showroom for that exact reason. We will bring all of the materials you can choose from to your home and help you select the colours and all finishes for your bathroom renovation.

Do You Renovate Bathrooms in a Condominium?

This could have been a better experience. the biggest issue with this project for us was the lack of quality control given that all work seemed to be subcontracted out. The many errors made along the way were corrected though they took extra time, caused us grief and in some cases meant we had to compromise. Simple things like putting supports for a fold-down seat in the right place were completely wrong. Damage to my bedroom hardwood floors was repaired, though I was expected to provide all the materials.Sadly, the choices for everything presented to us were limited to this or that and we often had to follow up with Yuri just to get them in the first place.Custom shower glass by Mirror Works was mis-measured, towel bar holes were drilled in the wrong place and the door did not meet our width specifications and could not be installed despite the added wait to finishing the project. Furthermore, towel bars that were to be included, cost extra because we were not advised, nor given a choice on the hardware. We chose square styles for shower heads, vanity hardware, faucets and we believed this would be respected throughout the bathroom as Yuri indicated. However, once the shower glass was corrected we received round towel bars and handles for the shower glass. Asking for them to be replaced, I was billed another $300 to get square ones. In the end not a single towel bar was included in a $32K bathroom reno!!Based on our experience and the multitude of issues along the way, we cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

We've had a great experience with iBathroom company recently.My mother is 86 and lives with us, and we needed to install a shower on the first floor pretty urgently, which seemed an impossible mission to accomplish considering the space and the time constraint we had, and it also needed to be easily accessible to an elderly person.Yuri, the manager, came over very fast and after careful consideration suggested to us a design that we would never think of as a possible one.We agreed on a starting day and a timeline, it didn't work out perfectly at first, but that was the fastest and shortest we could get.However, Victor from Yuri's team, was able to start working on the project a week earlier than planned, and the whole team (including plumbers and an electrician) was able to finish the project a week faster than planned.The whole team was aware of our situation and made a huge effort to make the impossible possible.They finished just in time that we originally needed the shower to be ready, and the quality of their work was just perfect!!!The shower looks impeccable, modern and practical.We are happy and grateful to Yuri and the whole team.Would recommend this company to everyone who's considering reconstruction of their existing bathroom or building a new one!
